As a Head Receptionist at Zuma, your role is to ensure a seamless guest experience by delivering warm welcomes, managing reservations, and providing outstanding service that anticipates every need. Be the face of Zuma and create exceptional first impressions! 

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Mykonos, a first-of-its-kind lifestyle destination. Featuring a sleek infinity-pool, lounge, restaurant and resident DJs, our vibrant seasonal location is a dynamic lifestyle concept that captures the essence of contemporary dining and entertainment making it the dining destination in Mykonos.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and inspire the reception team, setting the tone for high standards and vibrant service
  • Manage reservations efficiently, optimizing table occupancy while maintaining guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest feedback and inquiries with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments to keep operations smooth
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the reception team to deliver consistent, top-tier service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a flawless, coordinated guest experience
