Featuring a sleek infinity-pool, lounge, restaurant and resident DJs, our vibrant seasonal location is a dynamic lifestyle concept that captures the essence of contemporary dining and entertainment making it the dining destination in Mykonos.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist the front-of-house team in providing smooth and efficient wine and sake service
• Build your wine and sake knowledge by staying up-to-date with the beverage offerings
• Help manage stock by maintaining accurate orders and ensuring proper stock levels
• Keep the cellar and fridge areas clean, organized, and in line with company standards
• Respond to guest wine and sake requests promptly and keep equipment in great condition
• Share guest feedback or issues with managers to ensure top-notch service
