Description
As an  Event Sales Manager for Zuma Mykonos you will be is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing exceptional events that reflect the brand’s signature luxury, energy, and contemporary Japanese dining experience. This role combines creativity, operational excellence, and strong relationship-building skills to deliver memorable moments for guests, partners, and VIP clientele. The Event Manager will work closely with our teams, suppliers, and local businesses to curate exceptional events for our guests across the season.  

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. Zuma Mykonos, a first-of-its-kind lifestyle destination. Featuring a sleek infinity-pool, lounge, restaurant and resident DJs, our vibrant seasonal location is a dynamic lifestyle concept that captures the essence of contemporary dining and entertainment making it the dining destination in Mykonos.

 Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute seasonal events, private dining experiences, brand activations, and VIP occasions in line with Zuma’s luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with local businesses, luxury brands, hotels, and vendors to build partnerships and support high-quality event production.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our guests, delivering personalized service and ensuring seamless event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, staffing, and compliance with local regulations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with marketing, PR, culinary, and beverage teams to align event concepts with brand guidelines and elevate Zuma’s presence in Mykonos.
