We’re looking for a Reservations Manager to
oversee and elevate the reservations teams across
our Zuma and ROKA restaurants in Greece. This is a pivotal
leadership role for someone who thrives on detail, data, and people.
This role will be based in Athens at our regional
support office with occasional travel to the sites based in Mykonos and
Santorini.
As Reservations Manager – Greece, you’ll:
- Lead
the reservations function across our Greek portfolio, ensuring a seamless
guest booking experience
- Partner
with the Regional operators to align regional performance with global
strategy
- Create
and deliver long-term reservations strategies that drive revenue and
maximise guest engagement opportunities
- Analyse
call activities, cover forecasts, and team performance to achieve key
business targets
- Recruit,
train, and inspire a best-in-class reservations team, fostering a culture
of pride, ownership, and service excellence
- Oversee
database management and ensure GDPR compliance, maintaining the highest
accuracy in guest profiles
- Support
pre-opening projects and new restaurant launches within Greece, driving
systems, processes, and training readiness
What We’re Looking For
- Proven
leadership experience in reservations, guest relations, or operations
within luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Strong
analytical mindset — confident working with KPIs, forecasts, and
conversion data
- Passion
for people development, mentoring, and creating exceptional guest
experiences
- Organised,
adaptable, and able to lead during high-volume operations or pre-openings
- Fluent
in English + Greek
