We still embrace that energy today. this season, we're looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join us in Mykonos, someone who brings that energy to every service, takes pride in their craft, and helps create the atmosphere Zuma is known for.

about the role

as a Pastry Chef de Partie at Zuma, desserts are the perfect finale to an extraordinary dining experience, and you’ll play a vital role in crafting these masterpieces. Your expertise, creativity, and leadership will ensure the highest standards of quality while inspiring junior team members to grow and excel. 

what you'll do  

• maintain sufficient mise en place levels to ensure smooth service flow, while focusing on minimizing waste
• monitor the quality, consistency, appearance, and taste of all pastry products, delivering perfection in every dish
• conduct daily hygiene checks in storage areas, ensuring compliance with Zuma’s rigorous cleanliness and safety standards
• explore and learn other kitchen sections to enhance team collaboration and efficiency
• maintain high personal hygiene and appearance standards, reflecting Zuma’s commitment to excellence
• coach and mentor junior Pastry Chefs, helping them develop their skills and align with Zuma’s high standards of quality and consistency.
