We are looking for a dedicated and talented individual to join our amazing team at ZUMA Riyadh. Our Finance Officer will operate an efficient and effective administration process to meet internal requirements.

Key focus area: Responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures in line with business policies and procedures.

The Responsibilities

-      Banks cash on a daily basis

-      Compiles and audits daily credit card reconciliations

-      Audits voids, cancelled sales, complimentary and reopened cheques on a daily basis, checks on the authorization status and reports         any discrepancies to the Operations Director

-      Checks all delivery notes against invoices on a daily basis

-      Checks weekly stock discrepancy reports and reports any variences

-      Compiles Expense Reports as and when required and produces the reports for authorization

-      Manages Petty Cash, compiles weekly petty cash reports and short banks revenues once weekly accordingly

-      Random spot-checks

 

Key Skills Required

-      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

-      Previous restaurant experience

-      Ability to liaise between the restaurant and third parties

-      Experience working with stock, delivery, and invoicing

-      Excellent organizational skills

-      Strong team player and communicates effectively

-      Can work independently

-      Ability to work under pressure and deal with any challenges that may arise

-      Ability to multi-task, is flexible and agile

-      Consistently performs at ones best and drives the team to do so
