As Azumi expand’s it’s footprint in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a dedicated People and Culture Manager to lead our regional initiatives.

Alongside providing People & Culture advice and guidance in Zuma Riyadh, this role also supports in the management and oversight of people processes within our two Roka restaurant locations (Riyadh and Jeddah) providing support and guidance to the Administration Managers in both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement People and Culture strategies aligned with the company's goals and values in the Saudi region. Provide advice, support and guidance to the equivalent counterparts in our Roka operations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition team to ensure that all hiring processes are managed accordingly with requirements. Drive recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration by implementing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers in evaluating and developing team members, and provide support with People and Culture related matters.
  • Policy Development: Create, update, and communicate People and Culture policies and procedures in compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace environment.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that our workplace reflects the diverse communities we serve.
  • People and Culture Metrics and Reporting: Analyse People and Culture data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of People and Culture initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or People and Culture management, preferably in a regional or multinational context.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
