The requirements

• A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a hunger to learn

• Previous experience in a similar high-end, high-volume restaurant as an Assistant Bar Manager or higher 

• Is incredibly skilled as a bar professional and passionate about their craft

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team

• Great team player

• Keen interest in Japanese cuisine
