Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build strong relationships with guests, offering tailored drink recommendations
• Prepare and serve drinks according to brand standards, ensuring consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar counter and surrounding areas
• Maximize sales through up-selling and responding to guest needs promptly
• Stay updated on menu items and assist with the training of new bar team members 
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health protocols to ensure a safe bar environment
