Main duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintain strong mise en place and organisation to ensure a smooth flow of dishes during service, delivering consistent quality and presentation.
Prepare sushi dishes in line with Zuma recipes, ensuring precision in flavour, texture and presentation for every guest.
Maintain high hygiene standards across storage and preparation areas, carrying out daily checks and keeping workstations clean and organised in line with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
Lead the Maki section, supporting and guiding Chef de Parties while ensuring equipment is handled correctly and Zuma’s standards of quality and consistency are upheld.
