Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Porto Cervo and is for the high season July and August . Set against the stunning green-blue coastline of Sardinia, our exceptional restaurant captures the essence of a truly iconic seasonal experience within one of the Mediterranean's most prestigious destinations. Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for their experience
• Handle phone calls with courtesy and assist with inquiries or bookings
• Manage reservations, confirmations, and bookings to keep the flow smooth
• Keep the reception area spotless and inviting
• Assist guests with requests, ensuring they’re guided to the right team or area
• Communicate effectively during shift handovers to maintain a seamless operation
