This is a guest facing, performance based role with significant earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

•       Own the VIP table experience from pre-sale to night-of execution at both Zuzu and The Valentine

•       Proactively drive reservations, upsells, and repeat business through strategic outreach and presence

•       Collaborate with internal teams (F&B, marketing, events) to maximize revenue and elevate service

•       Track and convert general admission guest lists, particularly for targeted time windows and activations

•       Represent the Elia Group brand with professionalism and personality, both in and out of the venues

•       Play a foundational role in shaping and scaling the VIP program as new properties open

Your success with us requires these qualifications:

•       A hospitality pro with experience in VIP sales, nightlife management, or event hosting

•       Charismatic, proactive, and relentlessly guest-focused

•       Energized by a fast-paced, late-night environment

•       Excited about working on commission and tying success directly to performance

•       Organized, accountable, and confident in managing relationships at every level

•       Comfortable working nights, weekends, and special event dates
