Pastry Sous chef


Description
We need a Sous Chef who will help deliver great food as well as support in the management of the kitchen.

THEY SHOULD:
- Have a genuine passion and knowledge of quality food
- Be a strong leader who can manage and motivate the team
- Be a hands on Sous Chef, taking responsibility for their section whilst making sure the team is working together
-Train junior team members, promoting a learning culture
- Possess strong team work skills,
- Actively promoting a strong working relationship between the kitchen and front of house teams
- Be a current Sous Chef or experienced Junior Sous Chef
- Have worked in a similar style kitchen

WHERE:
ABode Canterbury is a stylish, 72-bedroom boutique hotel on Canterbury High Street. It houses one of Kent’s finest restaurants, the County Restaurant, which serves exquisite modern European cuisine.
The restaurant has 3 AA Rosettes and the hotel holds four AA Black Stars, but we never rest on our laurels.
Canterbury East and West train stations are just a few minutes’ walk away.
