WHO:
We need a Commis Chef who is passionate about delivering great food to our guests.
THEY SHOULD:
- Assist the team in running of the kitchen
- Train and develop around different sections of the kitchen
- Demonstrate passion and commitment
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Be motivated and have a desire to progress
- Have some working kitchen/college experience
WHERE:
ABode Canterbury is a stylish, 72-bedroom boutique hotel on Canterbury High Street. It houses one of Kent’s finest restaurants, the County Restaurant, which serves exquisite modern European cuisine.
The restaurant has 3 AA Rosettes and the hotel holds four AA Black Stars, but we never rest on our laurels.
Canterbury East and West train stations are just a few minutes’ walk away.
WE WANT WORK TO BE A PLEASURE
