Description
WHO:
We need a Reception Manager who’s great with people, and who can lead a team.

THEY SHOULD:
- Be a hands-on manager who leads from the front
- Be knowledgeable about the hotel and good at developing others
- Be personable and engaging
- Have natural rapport and be able to strike up relationships with our guests
- Excel at customer service
- Have an eye for sales and help develop the business
- Encourage a strong working relationship between departments
- Be organised, motivated and lead the team
- Be confident working with IT
- Be confident being part of the duty management team

ABode hotels are located in the heart of city centres.
These properties embrace the heritage of the building and historic city in which they are set, offering a contemporary experience that reflects their city centre location.
