As a small, dynamic team of event professionals, we specialize in creating exciting, well-managed, and sustainable events, while fostering strong working relationships. We're looking for individuals who share our fun, resilient, and hardworking values to join our supportive, high-performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly regarded organisation dedicated to success and a positive, empowering culture.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Trackside Manager to join our dynamic team, leading the delivery of exceptional live events.

Cadillac Racing trackside hospitality is fundamental to the long-term success of existing partnerships and the growth of Cadillac’s commercial opportunities. Partners and senior stakeholders expect an exceptional standard of service throughout their trackside experience, and as a collective team we hold ourselves fully accountable to consistently delivering at this level.

The Hospitality Manager role with Absolute Taste is pivotal to this success, acting as the key interface between the Cadillac Hospitality team and the Absolute Taste trackside operation. Working in seamless collaboration, the role ensures alignment, clarity, and excellence across all aspects of hospitality delivery.

The Hospitality Manager must demonstrate a genuine passion for premium hospitality and guest experience, with the leadership capability to inspire, guide, and motivate teams to deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint. This role plays a critical part in protecting the Cadillac brand, enhancing guest perception, and setting the benchmark for world-class trackside hospitality.

Location: Global travel with some time spend in Bicester office or at Cadillac’s HQ.

Key Responsibilities of the Trackside Manager:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire FOH and BOH teams to maintain professionalism, pride, and service excellence.
  • Deliver world-class hospitality to Cadillac guests and senior stakeholders, ensuring a memorable Paddock experience.
  • Maintain impeccable service and presentation standards with attention to detail across all guest touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency of service standards during peak volumes and high-pressure situations.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting plans and priorities in collaboration with the Cadillac Hospitality and Events team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external suppliers, and guests to ensure seamless hospitality delivery.

Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the Cadillac Event Team and Absolute Taste team to refine processes for best-in-class hospitality.
  • Work with the Cadillac Hospitality and Events team on personalised guest experiences and bespoke events, including Paddock and Pit Lane dinners.
  • Continuously evaluate guest experiences and internal operations, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Act as an ambassador for Cadillac and Absolute Taste, upholding brand values and service excellence.
  • Monitor team morale and wellbeing, ensuring individual needs are considered and practices adapted accordingly.
  • Budget and Finance:
  • Contribute to tracking trackside hospitality spend, assisting with overall budgets and forecasting.
  • Make cost-effective decisions while maintaining premium food and beverage quality and service standards.
  • Adhere to company finance processes, including raising POs, submitting expense claims, and processing supplier invoices.

On-Site Delivery:

  • Attend all F1 races and test events, deputising for the Project Lead as needed.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead all aspects of trackside hospitality operations, including set-up, maintenance, and breakdown.
  • Ensure hospitality areas are delivered on time and maintained to agreed standards throughout each event.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders to provide a highly personalised service.
  • Collaborate with the Cadillac Hospitality and Events team on pre-event planning and effective contingency measures.
  • Resolve issues quickly and creatively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Oversee logistics, ensuring full accountability, security, and tracking of stock and equipment.
  • Complete pre- and post-service checks and reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support ad hoc travel planning and handle disruptions calmly and effectively.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in high-end hospitality in either events or restaurants
