Candidates should take a "total ownership" approach to their work. We are looking for potential employees who have an excellent work ethic and the desire to be a part of a great service team while still having fun!! We want to work with individuals who are passionate about food, wine and hospitality and who are dedicated to providing a consistently outstanding service experience.


We are hiring for the following positions:
• Bartender
• Barback


Candidates should have the following experience:


Bartender
• At least 1 year experience in comparable restaurant
• Hotel experience is a plus!
• A strong service background
• The ability to move quickly and multitask
• A strong command of your role; we are looking for Bartenders who can take a leadership approach to running their bar/section, working with and coaching their barback to provide attentive service and hospitality


Barback
• At least 1 year experience in comparable restaurant
• Hotel experience is a plus
• A strong sense of urgency
• Willingness to learn, and eagerness to grow into other roles within the restaurant -- this is an entry level position on the behind the bar and on the dining room floor, with great opportunity to learn service


For all positions a flexible work schedule will be required.
