What You’ll Do 

The Lead Sommelier will work in partnership with the Beverage Director in ideation, collaboration, and development of  wines, and proprietary products/projects in our six unique restaurant concepts. You will effectively work with the GMs of each restaurant and the  to encourage ownership of the wine program; installs with certainty his/her availability for assistance.  

As the Beverage Director, you are always influential; creating memorable experiences for our guests along with leading and developing employees to ensure the highest level of excellence. This unique role reports to our Director of Food & Beverage and will work closely with our founder, Sam Fox. This is a highly visible position tasked with growing beverage revenue and providing consistent service to achieve a profitable result. 

Who You Are

• 5+ years’ experience in a high-volume Food & Beverage functional leadership role

• Implements and innovates new and better measures for continued Safe Alcohol Service

• An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset 

• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and operational teams

• Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry

• A get-it-done approach and an entrepreneurial spirit

• Professional, yet comfortable with candid and open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind

• Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail

• Highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego
