What You'll Do
Prepare and present high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to culinary excellence
Maintain a clean, organized workstation in a polished, professional kitchen environment
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to execute menus with consistency and care
Adhere to all kitchen policies, food safety, and sanitation standards with the utmost professionalism
Assist with daily prep, ingredient handling, and deliveries to support smooth operations
Communicate effectively with front-of-house and management to ensure seamless guest experience
Support the culinary team during high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a cook in a restaurant
Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and professional kitchen practices
Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to follow instructions while multitasking
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Passion for creating exceptional dishes and delivering an elevated guest experience
