What You'll Do
Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
Follow directions from the Executive Chef and Lead Cooks
Adhere to all kitchen policies, procedures, and food safety/sanitation guidelines
Assist with prep work and ingredient deliveries
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of dishes
Maintain open communication with restaurant servers and managers
Support the culinary team in preparing for high-volume service
Qualifications
2+ years' experience as a cook in a restaurant environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and multi-task
Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs.
Passion for food preparation and providing excellent guest service
