What You'll Do
You are responsible for elevating our guest and member shopping experience by welcoming visitors and providing personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
Provides a dynamic service presence
Skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify a customer's needs in order to effectively provide them with guidance or direction.
Demonstrates a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Able to understand a customer's concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision.
Process retail purchases, returns/exchanges
Stock shelves, fixtures with inventory and straighten displays
Maintain organization and cleanliness of retail space
Assist with inventory controls and restocking items as needed
Support spa retail events and retail pop ups
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a luxury retail setting
Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer and retail store systems
Consistent and reliable attendance
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Passion for wellness, fashion, beauty, and spa products
Strong attention to detail and organization
Cash handling experience and computer skills
