What You'll Do 

  • You are responsible for elevating our guest and member shopping experience by welcoming visitors and providing personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience. 

  • Provides a dynamic service presence 

  • Skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify a customer's needs in order to effectively provide them with guidance or direction. 

  • Demonstrates a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Able to understand a customer's concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision. 

  • Process retail purchases, returns/exchanges 

  • Stock shelves, fixtures with inventory and straighten displays 

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of retail space 

  • Assist with inventory controls and restocking items as needed 

  • Support spa retail events and retail pop ups

  

Qualifications 

  • Previous experience working in a luxury retail setting 

  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer and retail store systems 

  • Consistent and reliable attendance 

  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays 

  • Passion for wellness, fashion, beauty, and spa products 

  • Strong attention to detail and organization 

  • Cash handling experience and computer skills
