What You’ll Do 

  • Assist in the oversight of all housekeeping operations including guest rooms, laundry, and public areas 

  • Deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset from arrival to departure 

  • Train, motivate, and schedule the housekeeping team to ensure maximum productivity, morale, and guest satisfaction 

  • Ensure a consistently high level of cleaning standards are met throughout the hotel 

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure standards and quality are met and maintained 

  • Work with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations 

  • Foster a positive, service-driven culture that aligns with Forbes Five-Star standards 

 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years housekeeping leadership experience at a luxury hotel property  

  • Ideal exposure with Forbes Five-Star standards preferred  

  • Have a solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars 

  • Professional, yet comfortable with candid & open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind 

  • Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail 

  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
