The Global Ambassador Hotel is a Michelin Key luxury destination in Phoenix, known for redefining urban hospitality. We offer a unique and sophisticated experience for our guests, combining exquisite service, luxurious amenities, and a vibrant community atmosphere. Our focus is on providing an extraordinary stay that sets new standards for luxury and service.
What You’ll Do
Deliver items to guest rooms and stocking linen closets
Dust furniture and fixtures
Deliver messages and run errands
Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas
Step in as needed to make beds
Replace linens, towels and guest amenities
Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, take out trash
Identify and report maintenance issues
Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies
Adhere to all sanitation, safety and hotel standards
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Responsible self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Comfortable working with the public
A team player who can work within a fast-paced environment
Have excellent communication skills
This is a full-time position requiring availability for all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
