What You'll Do
Provide administrative support to the Engineering and IT department
Process maintenance requests and work orders
Maintain digital records of repairs, safety inspections, manuals
Coordinate communications between engineering and other departments
Assist with parts inventory, purchasing records, and budgets
Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections
Track employee training requirements and certifications
Provide excellent customer service to staff and vendors
Administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, correspondence
Qualifications
Administrative experience in hospitality preferred
Financial and budget experience preferred
Proficient with maintenance work order systems
Excellent organizational and records management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience with office software, spreadsheets, and databases
