We offer a unique and sophisticated experience for our guests, combining exquisite service, luxurious amenities, and a vibrant community atmosphere. What You’ll Do  

  • Play a key role in providing excellent customer service to guests 

  • Welcome arriving guests and provide them with assistance throughout their stay  

  • Responsible for the check-in and check-out processes and maintaining accurate guest information 

  • Monitor occupancy levels and suggest upgrades on an ongoing basis 

  • Have a friendly personality and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure satisfaction and take corrective action if needed. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service 

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry is an asset 

 

Qualifications 

  • At least 1+ year of front desk or guest service experience  

  • Weekend availability

  • Minimum High school degree or equivalent 

  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills 

  • Basic computer literacy and knowledge of hotel software 

  • Ability to work varied shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidays
