What You’ll Do
Play a key role in providing excellent customer service to guests
Welcome arriving guests and provide them with assistance throughout their stay
Responsible for the check-in and check-out processes and maintaining accurate guest information
Monitor occupancy levels and suggest upgrades on an ongoing basis
Have a friendly personality and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure satisfaction and take corrective action if needed.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry is an asset
Qualifications
At least 1+ year of front desk or guest service experience
Weekend availability
Minimum High school degree or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Basic computer literacy and knowledge of hotel software
Ability to work varied shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidays
