The Global Ambassador Hotel is a Michelin Key luxury destination in Phoenix, known for redefining urban hospitality. We offer a unique and sophisticated experience for our guests, combining exquisite service, luxurious amenities, and a vibrant community atmosphere. Our focus is on providing an extraordinary stay that sets new standards for luxury and service.
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for the Guest Experience, from arrival to departure
Ensure compliance with all state, local and hotel policies and procedures, including guest information, billing, safety and security
Staff training, development and scheduling
Assist with group bookings and special arrangement for VIP guests.
Manage reservation procedures, including room allocations and rate management
Purchase operating and guest supplies
Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, financial transactions, and inventory control
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Resolve guest issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
Maintain excellent communication with guests, management, and staff
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
Qualifications:
2+ years Front Office leadership experience needed
Emphasis on Front Office operations with a focus on the Front Desk and Bell/Valet
Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience. Must have a hospitality mindset, from arrival to departure, front of house and back of house
Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry
Comfortable with candid & open direction and ability to act upon feedback, while keeping guest and employee experience top of mind
Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Current knowledge of local area is preferred
