What You’ll Do: 

  • Responsible for the Guest Experience, from arrival to departure 

  • Ensure compliance with all state, local and hotel policies and procedures, including guest information, billing, safety and security 

  • Staff training, development and scheduling 

  • Assist with group bookings and special arrangement for VIP guests.  

  • Manage reservation procedures, including room allocations and rate management 

  • Purchase operating and guest supplies 

  • Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, financial transactions, and inventory control 

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area 

  • Resolve guest issues and complaints efficiently and effectively 

  • Maintain excellent communication with guests, management, and staff 

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years Front Office leadership experience needed  

  • Emphasis on Front Office operations with a focus on the Front Desk and Bell/Valet 

  • Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment 

  • An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience. Must have a hospitality mindset, from arrival to departure, front of house and back of house 

  • Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry  

  • Comfortable with candid & open direction and ability to act upon feedback, while keeping guest and employee experience top of mind 

  • Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail 

  • Current knowledge of local area is preferred
