What You'll Do
Supervise housekeeping staff daily activities
Conduct inspections and ensure rooms are cleaned to hotel standards
Stock and inventory housekeeping supplies and linen
Coordinate special cleaning requests and prepare rooms for VIP guests
Manage housekeeping schedules, assignments and payroll
Identify and report maintenance issues requiring attention
Train new housekeeping hires on cleaning procedures
Enforce safety, security and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
3+ years of housekeeping experience required
AM/Mid shift availability
Supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and hotel standards
Strong organizational and communication skills
Sharp attention to detail and customer service focus
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
