What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional guest service
Have great communication, organizational and time management skills
A passion and love for the art of and craft of coffee and cocktails
Provide excellent customer service to café and bar patrons
Prepare and serve high quality coffee and espresso drinks during the day and then transition to a bar setting
Make blended drinks, tea beverages, and other cocktail drinks
Provide customers with product details and make recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
Stock, inventory, and replenish cafe supplies
Operate cafe equipment like espresso machines safely
Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
2+ years of prior barista experience
Understanding of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and espresso machines
Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
Customer service oriented with good communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to quality and presentation of drinks
Enthusiasm for coffee, specialty beverages, and hospitality
