What You’ll Do
· Play a key role in providing excellent customer service to guests
· Welcome arriving guests and provide them with assistance throughout their stay
· Responsible for the check-in and check-out processes and maintaining accurate guest information
· Monitor occupancy levels and suggest upgrades on an ongoing basis
· Have a friendly personality and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure satisfaction and take corrective action if needed.
· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service
· Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry is an asset
· Assist with arranging hotel guest transportation, restaurant reservations, off or onsite activities and itineraries
· Provide expert recommendations based on guest interests and obtain guest information to ensure full satisfaction
Qualifications
· At least 1+ year of front desk or guest service experience
· Minimum High school degree or equivalent
· Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
· Basic computer literacy and knowledge of hotel software
· Ability to work varied shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidays
