What You Will Do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Massage Therapist to join our wellness team.
Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the overall wellness experience for our guests, members and staff, promoting a serene and professional environment.
You will be responsible for providing customized body treatment that caters to the needs and preferences of our guests and members.
Actively listen and respond positively to guest and member questions, concerns, and requests.
Handle sensitive issues with staff and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and serene environment.
Passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional guest and member experiences helping them achieve their wellness goals.
Learn spa treatments and all pertinent product lines.
Adhere to given schedule and appointments.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and spa treatment rooms, restock of linens and products.
Must possess the ability to perform consecutive services in pre-determined period.
Demonstrated ability to maintain client modesty, safety, and confidentiality
Qualifications
Hold a valid Arizona Massage therapy license required
3+ years professional massage experience, preferably in a Spa environment
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time management abilities
Flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
