Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Coordinator to join our wellness team.
This dual role supports the guest experience in both spa operations and spa reservations.
Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the overall wellness experience for our guests, members and staff, promoting a serene and professional environment.
Schedule and manage all wellness treatment appointments and services.
Handle phone and email inquiries.
Coordinate schedules for therapists
Actively listen and respond positively to guest and member questions, concerns, and requests.
Handle sensitive issues with staff and/or guests with respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
Assist with product purchases in the retail boutique.
Process payments for services and retail.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Maintain a clean, organized, and serene environment.
Passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional guest and member experiences.
CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
Qualifications
Previous spa or resort experience preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external guests
Exceptional customer service orientation
Computer proficiency and scheduling experience; preferably Book4 Time
Organized multi-tasker with attention to detail
Previous retail experience
Professional appearance and demeanor
Enthusiasm for wellness
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
