What You’ll Do
Prepare guest rooms for a restful stay by performing evening turndown service, tidying spaces, refreshing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities
Remove used linens, towels, trash, and recyclables in accordance with the hotel’s sustainability and green initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming guest environment while respecting guest privacy and personal belongings
Conduct thorough visual inspections of rooms to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are met
Assist with Room Attendant and other housekeeping duties as needed to support daily operations
Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests, delivering friendly and efficient service
Work independently or collaboratively with team members to complete assignments effectively
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience preferred, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment
Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on guest service and quality standards
Ability to perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting (20 lbs.), and climbing stairs
Demonstrated professionalism, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork
