What You’ll Do
Play a vital role in service operations by polishing silverware, glassware, and chinaware to ensure a polished dining experience
Support smooth kitchen and dining room flow by removing and replacing glass racks in the dish area
Keep service running efficiently by stocking server stations with clean glassware and silverware
Maintain organization on the expo line by stocking and replenishing chinaware as needed
Manage linen needs by removing soiled linen throughout service and retrieving clean linen for servers and support staff
Communicate proactively with management regarding glassware, plateware, and silverware levels
Access the stewarding storeroom to maintain proper inventory (pars) of plateware, glassware, and flatware
Qualifications
Positive, reliable, and self-motivated attitude
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams
Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout service
Strong work ethic with attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to follow procedures and maintain inventory standards
