The Global Ambassador Hotel is a Michelin Key luxury destination in Phoenix, known for redefining urban hospitality. We offer a unique and sophisticated experience for our guests, combining exquisite service, luxurious amenities, and a vibrant community atmosphere. Our focus is on providing an extraordinary stay that sets new standards for luxury and service. 

 

What You’ll Do  

  • Serve as the first impression of The Global Ambassador 

  • Ensure guests have a memorable experience by answering questions, escorting luggage to guest rooms, and parking/retrieving vehicles  

  • Note existing vehicle damage and make notes accordingly on key tags  

  • Drive vehicles in a safe and efficient manner 

  • Knowledge of hotel amenities and guest offerings 

  • Explain parking procedure and fees accurately to guests 

  • Supervision of other bell/valet attendants 

  • Train employees and enforce hotel policies and procedures 

  • Opportunity for connecting with guests to provide hotel and local recommendations 

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment 

  • Continuous training/personal development, especially relating to professional hospitality, technical skills, and proactive approaches to solve guest or hotel concerns. 

  • Work to help all teammates to complete the required activities which will ensure guest satisfaction 

  • High level of organization to uphold valet procedures of issuing and returning guest keys during check in, check out, and day use for members or other restaurant guests 

 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years valet experience required, luxury hotel preferred 

  • Supervisory experience in hospitality preferred 

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record 

  • Strong customer service orientation 

  • Responsible and safety-focused 

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights and holidays 

  • Professional demeanor and uniform 

  • Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and walk distances to parking areas 

  • Physical ability to drive vehicles and lift luggage
