What You'll Do

·       Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel, including plumbing, lighting, appliances, and HVAC systems

·       Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly

·       Work on painting, carpentry, and small renovation projects, gaining hands-on experience in multiple trades

·       Monitor and maintain building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment

·       Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections to ensure a safe, reliable environment

·       Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and materials

·       Deliver excellent service to staff and guests by resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

General Maintenance Eng 1: 1-2+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required

General Maintenance Eng 2: 3+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required

General Maintenance Eng 3: 5+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required

·       Proficient with a wide range of maintenance tools and equipment

·       Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills

·       Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

·       Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
