What You Wil Do
Deliver personalized skincare services through detailed skin analyses, customized facial treatments, and tailored product recommendations
Create a serene, professional, and welcoming spa environment that enhances the wellness experience for guests, members, and staff
Provide attentive, knowledgeable service by actively listening to client needs and addressing questions or concerns with care
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, client safety, and confidentiality
Support retail operations by confidently recommending and assisting with skincare product purchases
Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies, always ensuring cleanliness and organization
Perform consecutive services efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
Follow scheduled appointments, spa protocols, and ongoing training for treatments and product lines
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience as a licensed Esthetician required
Required to work weekdays/weekends – 9am-6pm
Prior experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or membership-based spa environment preferred
Active Arizona Esthetics license required; CPR and First Aid certification a plus
Genuine passion for health, wellness, and delivering personalized skincare experiences
Exceptional communication, guest service, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
