What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel, including plumbing, lighting, appliances, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly
- Work on painting, carpentry, and small renovation projects, gaining hands-on experience in multiple trades
- Monitor and maintain building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections to ensure a safe, reliable environment
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and materials
- Deliver excellent service to staff and guests by resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
Strong competency with maintenance tools/equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
