This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Event Planning, and Reservations, ensuring seamless execution of contracted group business while upholding Forbes Five-Star service standards.

What You’ll Do
Manage group room blocks from contract turnover through group departure
Accurately build, maintain, and audit group blocks in the PMS/CRS
Coordinate rooming lists, reservations, and special requests for group guests
Monitor pickup, cut-off dates, and inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue
Communicate regularly with Sales and Event teams regarding group status and changes
Assist with guestroom and billing information on group resumes
Ensure all reservations reflect correct rates, packages, billing instructions, and VIP designations
Process rooming lists, revisions, and cancellations with a high level of detail and timeliness
Coordinate with event service and sales managers to ensure all client requests and changes are implemented in timely manner
Accommodate room changes expediently
Assist with guestroom and billing information on group resumes
Qualifications
At least 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, group reservations, or sales coordination
Experience in a Forbes Five-Star or AAA Five Diamond environment preferred
Proficiency in property management and sales systems (Opera, Delphi, Triple Seat or similar)
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a polished, professional demeanor
