What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you make the first and last impression of the guest experience, setting the tone for every stay. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to delivering service that meets Forbes Five Star standards.

  • Learn, train-on, and develop a thorough understanding of Forbes Five-Star Service Standards

  • Serve as a key contributor to exceptional guest experiences by delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide support throughout their stay, ensuring comfort and satisfaction

  • Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately while maintaining up-to-date guest information

  • Monitor occupancy levels and proactively recommend room upgrades when appropriate

  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and on-or off-site activities

  • Offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations based on guest interests and preferences

  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

  • Comfortable with candid & open direction and ability to act upon feedback, while keeping guest and employee experience top of mind

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of front desk or guest service experience preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus

  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with hotel or reservation software

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
