What You'll Do
Conduct daily pool maintenance, including the following – chemical reading and balancing, routine pool cleaning, vacuuming and backwashing as necessary.
Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel through the guest request system
Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and materials
Deliver excellent service to staff and guests by resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
Prior pool maintenance experience required
Proficient with a wide range of maintenance tools and equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
