What You'll Do
Patrol hotel grounds to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
Monitor surveillance systems and access points to proactively identify and address potential concerns
Enforce hotel policies while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and guest comfort
Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and guest requests with calm, sound judgment
Document accidents, safety hazards, and security-related incidents accurately and thoroughly
Deliver excellent customer service by assisting guests and supporting hotel operations as needed
Investigate suspicious activity and prevent unauthorized access to hotel property
Work collaboratively with local authorities and internal teams on security-related matters
Conduct routine security checks and maintain detailed records and reports
Qualifications
Prior security experience preferred, ideally within a hospitality or service-oriented environment
Demonstrated knowledge of incident response, safety procedures, and security protocols
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to complete accurate reports
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Training or experience in de-escalation, self-defense, or restraint techniques is preferred
Consistently maintains a professional appearance, ethical conduct, and sound judgment
