What You’ll Do
The Reservations Sales Manager leads the hotel’s centralized guest service and communications center, serving as the primary point of contact for guests. This role oversees reservations, guest requests, and PBX operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. The manager develops and leads a team of Reservations Sales Agents, upholds Forbes-level service standards, and drives operational excellence through strong cross-department collab2oration.
Lead, recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Reservations Sales Agents, fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability, teamwork, and guest engagement.
Oversee all guest communications, reservations, and service requests, ensuring prompt, personalized, and seamless service that reflects the hotel's luxury standards and brand values.
Monitor service levels, response times, guest satisfaction metrics, and call quality standards; resolve escalated guest concerns and lead service recovery efforts.
Collaborate with Front Office, Spa, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to coordinate guest services and operational priorities.
Drive revenue enhancement opportunities through upselling and cross-selling of hotel services, amenities, and experiences.
Develop, implement, and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and service standards to support operational consistency and excellence.
Analyze operational performance data, guest feedback, labor utilization, and productivity metrics to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
Participate in hotel leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning, operational initiatives, and overall business objectives.
Who You Are
Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, call center operations, concierge services, or front office environments.
Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with hotel property management systems, reservation platforms, and PBX systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
