What You’ll Do:

  • You will participate in ideation, collaboration, and development of new products with a primary focus on spirits, beers, and development of mixology/cocktail program.
  • This role is necessary to establish the highest level of hospitality throughout all beverage operations.  
  • You will assist in monitoring guest satisfaction, implementing standards and procedures, providing quality, ongoing staff training, and the development of talent. 
  • You will effectively work with the Directors and General Managers to encourage ownership of beverage program.
  • As the Regional Director of Beverage, you are always influential; creating memorable experiences for our guests along with leading and developing employees to ensure the highest level of excellence.

 

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant in a beverage leadership role Implements and innovates new and better measures for continued Safe Alcohol Service
  • An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset
  • Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the restaurants through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams 
  • Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry 
  • A get-it-done approach and an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Professional, yet comfortable with candid and open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind 
  • Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail 
  • Highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego
