What you’ll do:

• You love food and can create a welcoming environment. 
• You have at least 1 year of recent experience in a high-volume restaurant.  
• You have excellent English communication skills and the desire to work as part of a team. 
• You can lift to 40 pounds. 
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours). 
• Availability to work weekends or some holidays.

What You’ll Do: 

• Exceed standards to the highest level of expectation to ensure a pleasant fine dining experience
• Know and recognize every dish on the menu, its ingredients, proper plating and ticket time
• Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
• Assist in final preparation and garnishes
• Communicate effectively with food runners and servers to ensure food is delivered properly and timely
• Relay important information between kitchen and front of house staff as it relates to guest complaints or requests
• Keep the expo line and surrounding area clean and organized
• Effectively signal BOH stations for every 30 minute line drill
• Superior communication skills (both written and spoken) and a strong sense of urgency
• Works closely with the chef’s and BOH staff
• Assist the kitchen in daily preparation for service
