What you’ll do:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial or residential maintenance
• Knowledge of basic plumbing & fixtures (waterlines, shutoff valves, etc.)
• Must be able to perform general maintenance repairs
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Ability to read and interpret instruction manuals
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a high paced environment
• Must have knowledge of basic tools and functions of such tools
• Must be able to climb a ladder up to 10 ft.
• Will report to Facilities Supervisor at the beginning of the week to get weekly tasks to complete
• Will remain professional with staff and any guest they encounter
