Who we are:

Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. From exuding hospitality as soon as a guest enters the front door of our elevated Honky Tonk, creating one-of-a-kind dining experiences at our dapper-as-hell Supper Club, or keeping the energy pulsating at our Rooftop Bar, our team is the reason our guests continue to come back. When you join the Twelve Thirty Club, you are not only embarking on a limitless restaurant career, you are becoming part of a group that encourages creativity and passion.

The Twelve Thirty Club is part of Author & Edit, a creation of restaurant innovator Sam Fox, who has developed a growing lineup of unique concepts found across the United States. The properties are authored with an extraordinary vision and meticulously edited to create offerings that are not only seen but felt. Each Author & Edit property is an original; created through a global lens and connected to the diverse communities, cities, and neighborhoods in which they reside, and trust us – you want to be a part of it.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a company-wide IT strategy aligned with business goals and expansion plans
  • Support the planned growth of the company, overseeing multiple properties throughout Texas and Tennessee.
  • Lead IT budgeting, forecasting, and vendor negotiations
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party technology partners
  • Oversee all IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, cloud systems, and on-premise solutions
  • Ensure reliability and uptime across restaurants, hotel, and corporate office
  • Manage system rollouts for new openings, renovations, and concept launches
  • Manage and optimize key platforms including POS systems (e.g., OpenTable, Toast), and inventory/ERP tools
  • Ensure seamless integration between systems (POS, reservations, accounting, payroll, CRM)
  • Support digital guest experiences such as online ordering, reservations, and mobile engagement
  • Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices
  • Ensure PCI compliance and protection of guest/payment data
  • Lead internal IT support or manage outsourced helpdesk services
  • Partner with leadership to improve reporting capabilities and data accessibility
  • Support business intelligence tools and dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity across all systems
  • This position involves routine travel (approximately 25% of the time) to collaborate with regional teams and oversee on-site operations.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels

  • Experience supporting both restaurant and hotel operations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
