Ai Fiori is an award-winning restaurant by Altamareagroup located at the Langham Hotel on Fifth Ave featuring the cuisine of acclaimed chef, Michael White. Responsibilities include:
Manage and oversee the dining experience of each guest, and lead a team of assistants and coffee servers in that goal.
Engage with guests to create an exceptional and memorable experience
Work as a team player to meet the demands of the restaurant

Requirements:
Applicants should have at least two years of NYC fine dining experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
Considerable base knowledge of beer and wine
Candidate should demonstrate an energetic and friendly personality
Weekend + both lunch and dinner availability needed
