Ai Fiori is a New York City based restaurant by Chef Michael White and has 1* Michelin and is a 2018 recipient of the Wine Spectator Grand Award. Meaning ‘Among the Flowers’ in Italian, Ai Fiori showcases the modern interpretations of cuisine from the French and Italian Rivieras, and selectively looks for individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit and who thrive in an environment that demands excellence in every dimension. Previous experience in the hospitality environment and experience in a NYC Michelin Star Restaurant a plus.

The ideal candidate will have genuine passion for hospitality and guest care, strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude. The position requires someone energetic with excellent communication and time managing skills. Solid foundation of French and Italian wines is an essential requisite. Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with all FOH staff to expedite and provide excellent service to all guests; assist members and guests during the dinner services with wine recommendations and selection for perfect pairing with their meal, decanting of the wine and wine service;
Ensure that all wine is served in proper glassware and in proper condition;
Take part in monthly inventory;
Receive and stock product; Must be able to repeatedly lift and move 40-pound boxes;
Proper grooming and professional appearance.
