Description

Alexander & Björck produce fabulous events, evoking luxury, style and elegance through creative design and gastronomy. A&B work with a variety of clients including luxury brands, as well as corporate and private clients; always making sure they deliver to an exceptional standard from the planning stage, right through to the event itself. The team have decades of experience in the events industry, delivering high-quality events across London and beyond. These outstanding events range from, small exclusive parties to large-scale weddings, gastronomic feasts and gala dinners.

 

We are partnered with D&D London, a renowned diverse group of luxury restaurants, bars and hotels based principally in London, but also with venues in Paris and New York.

Alexander & Björck have one simple aim – to create imaginative, first-class events that exude style and elegance through brilliant design and gastronomy and are housed within some of London’s most prestigious venues.

 Food is an amazing outlet for creativity and exploration. Cooking great food is a fine balance between skill and understanding, passion and vision. Being able to bring guests together and connect them in an experience is the thing we love the most.

At A&B we are all advocates of provenance as we care about where our food comes from and the journey it takes before it reaches your plate. We pledge a promise that our meat, seafood and fresh produce have been sourced sustainably, and carefully chosen to provide the best taste and quality.  The sourcing of our produce and ingredients is integral to our process, we champion ‘wonky veg’ and even our vegetable peelings don’t go to waste.

Working in close collaboration with our Head Chef Henry Osborn, creativity is encouraged, and nurtured!

 We’re looking for a Sous Chef with extensive experience in events, strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, alongside a strong passion for creating stunning food.
